We will see you next year! :)

This year we have had this new subject, it called "proyecto integrado". We think that this subject has helped us to get more culture and the thing most importantly is to know how to work in groups. Sometimes it has taken us to agree but we have never angry. Honestly, we liked this subject and the teacher has made this subject was as pleasant as possible. The project we liked most, was the last, the magazine. We think this project has been the best thanks to the participation of the whole group on the same project. Each group was responsible for a category. We have had a good time this year, we look forward to next year this subject and the same teacher of course!. We will see you again next year! XOXO.

In Sweden, curious case of moose in tree!

Per Johansson says he heard a roar from his vacationing neighbor's garden in southwestern Sweden late Tuesday and went to have a look. There, he found a female moose kicking about in the tree. The animal was likely drunk from eating fermented apples.

With the help of police and rescue services, the 45-year-old Johansson later managed to set the moose free in part by sawing off tree branches.
But the animal appeared confused and wandered into Johansson's garden, where she was still resting today.

Other neighbors in the Goteborg suburb Saro had seen the animal sneaking around the area for days. Johansson said the moose appeared to be sick, drunk or "half-stupid."

I'm very excited with this project!

Hi my friends!

I just wanted to tell you about this project and my opinion about it. This is the last project of the year, I think it's my favorite because we are going to tell you about our trip in Sweden, our experience of taking part as an assistant in the concert which was organized by our highschool and we are going to tell you about our philosophy teacher and how teaches us about her subject.
We have to design the cover of the magazine of our highschool which it's called "entremares" and I think is my favourite part of the project because I love paint!

I will show you a video. It's an interview about the concert and I was talking about it with my friend Carmen. I hope you enjoy it!

Hey guys!
Let´s talk about this term project. This one will be different from the last ones because instead of having a speech in front of the class, showing what we have been working at, we will take part in the school magazine which is something extreamly amusing.
In fact, it´s going to be a little hard for arranging pages, covers, title, reviews...but we really want to attempt this challenge.
My mate angela and me, we two are going to collect information about the great event CADALSO IN CONCERT and our wonderful trip to SWEDEN.
Soon, we will be able to enjoy with our stories told from students´ point of view.

A really good beach club in this area

El Octogono opened in 1980 and is set in the port, the name used for the area where most of the apartments stand between the River Guadiaro and the marina. In summer, people often spend their entire day at the club relaxing by the pool with the restaurant at hand for drinks and snacks, tapas, hamburgers and baguettes or more formal meals if people prefer.
The club caters to everyone by having an adult only area with its own pool and an area of lawn to sunbathe and relax and alongside it a children's area with its own pool and lawn. In the summer there are organised activies for children and a lifeguard on duty. The children's area has two pools, a supervised play area and it's own access to the restaurant for snacks.

El Octogono is well-placed for watersports. There is catamaran sailing from the sailing school, jetskiing and waterskiing off the beach nearby and kayaking on the River Guadiaro where a natural lagoon has formed at the rivermouth providing an ideal place to learn the skills in a safe environment. This is a great place for anyone to try out and learn a new activity.

A excellent person and golf player

We have had a interview to Manuel de los Santos that will expose in our new project, this Wednesday. In this video you can know a bit about this person.

A dreamnt place

Sotogrande properties are located in one of the most exclusive estate Southern Spain has to offer. Here there is the very best of Spanish golf courses including San Roque golf resort and Valderrama. The Marina known as Puerto de Sotogrande is one of Spains best kept secrets a chic upmarket marina where well heeled Spanish and European expats enjoy sailing, cruising , cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping.
The area nestles between sea and mountain and is dissected by the river Guadiaro. Those fortunate enough to live here enjoy the eco system that surrounds them. Sotogrande is a beautiful place to live, a place of great sporting heritage and a resort where bespoke villas are built in beautifully landscaped gardens set along palm lined avenues.

Carriles birdies final hole to win in Sotogrande

José Manuel Carriles birdied the final hole to win the Peugeot La Reserva de Sotogrande Tournament on Sunday and avoid a play off with his three closest rivals.
Carriles said after his first tournament victory of the season, that he had played the best holes of his life to finish one shot ahead of Ivó Giner, José Manuel Lara, and Gabriel Cañizares, who all finished six under for the championship.

Carriles left himself a three metre putt to finish off a fantastic final eight holes, which included five birdies, of a round he started on Saturday evening with two bogeys. Diego Borrego finished fifth, three under par.

History of "Real Club de Golf Sotogrande"

Founded in 1964, Real Club de Golf Sotogrande is located on prime golfing land close to the beachfront between the river Guadiaro and Sotogrande marina. Anyone lucky enough to have played at one of Spain’s foremost members’ clubs will be able to confirm Robert Trent Jones was right to take pride in what is an extraordinarily good design.

RCG Sotogrande is often voted to be among the top ten golf courses in Europe – and rightly so. “Sotogrande Old”, as it is called by the locals, boasts mature vegetation with pine, cork oaks, eucalyptus and giant palm trees enhancing the natural beauty of the surroundings. The greens are large and the tees are very long, some would say excessively so, but they allow for variations in pin placement and the length of hole. The contours of the greens are typical Trent Jones and the bunkers were the first in Europe to be filled with brilliant white crushed marble. Another “first” at Sotogrande was the use of Bermuda grass on fairways.
It is an undeniable truth that the quality of a course is reflected in the calibre of the winners when a venue has occasion to host important tournaments. That being the case, RCG Sotogrande’s pedigree is nothing short of top-drawer. The first professional event to be played after Sotogrande’s inauguration was the 1966 Spanish Open won by Roberto de Vicenzo with 279 strokes; the clubhouse winner boards show Severiano Ballesteros made the same score twenty-one years later to win the Spanish PGA Championship.
Yet, the “Old” has not only challenged the top professionals, but leading amateurs as well – and the names hand-painted on the victor’s plaques are no less impressive: J.M. Olazabal claimed the Spanish Men’s Amateur Championship in 1983; the Marquesa de Artasona, the ladies’ equivalent in 1977 and, for good measure, Sergio García has won twice here, most recently when he shot a final round 64 over the testing course to snatch the Sherry Cup in 1998.
Club golfers who merely aspire to the heights reached by the above mentioned golfers can perfect their games on the adjacent nine-hole par three course where the dark green trees of the fertile Guadiaro river valley and the outline of the distant sierras also create a lasting impression – and encourage one to dream. In 1994, His Majesty the King Juan Carlos I awarded the Club with the title of Royal (“Real”), being its President Mr. Walter Rodríguez Figueroa. He, who was President from 1989 to 1997, had been preceded by Mr. Afredo Melián and Mrs. Emma Villacieros . He was then followed by Mr. José A. Polanco, Mr. Antonio Martín Urquijo and Mr. Felipe Oriol Díaz de Bustamante who is the President at present.

In advance...

As our first project went as hoped, now we are going to begin our second project. This time we are in charge of introducing you all a well-known city of San Roque. We talk about Sotogrande.  In our presentation our group will go throw the history of this recognised city and many other aspects like the tourism and the most popular sports practiced in there. We will try our best to improve our fluency and the image.
